If you're after a van JL Vans is definitely the place! They are so lovely and not pushy at all and super helpful. I bought my first ever van from them to do a camper conversion ans the van is spot on, being female I've had bad experiences in the past to people not taking me seriously and taking to my partner rather than me even though its me who is purchasing the van . But not at JL Vans the spoke to me directly and offered a test drive. I was happy to just drive it down the road but the man who came with me directed me where to go and we went on a good long drive, ive never felt so relaxed when buying a vehicle. So if you are thinking of purchasing from JL Vans take my word for it.
Before taking the van it had a full MOT and it was due to have a small service however when I asked if they could do a full one I would pay it wasnt an issue for JL Vans and they sorted it with 0 costs.
On taking the van home I did notice that indicator was playing up, i contacted JL vans and they couldnt apologise more and reassured me it would be sorted straight away, they had even booked the part in before I even brought the van in so it was ready ans put the brand new indicator stalk on, they didnt bother trying to fix it, they just replaced it and now it works great. I Also was looking for a place to take the speed limiter off it as my local garage doesnt do it and once again JL Vans have stepped in, its now booked in and sorted completely free. This company is amazing and they should pride themselves on this. I recommend everyone I meet to JL vans, so happy I got my van from them.
My experience at JL Vans Ltd was cracking because they made it simple from viewing the van to collection, everything was arranged I literally went to view the van and 5 days later collected it with 5 mins to sign the finance agreement.
